By quill feed do you mean the lever on the side that moves the drill press up and down? Mine is a series of 3 levers all originating from a center point that rotates.

Greetings all, Got this drill press for a song at a garage sale. I used it a few times and the drill chuck fell off (I think that is the correct terminology). I couldnt really tell how it was held in place besides being pressed on...So I just hammered it back on but it doesnt seem right...

dang...I have never been at a place like that. I have since got into IT so I only pick up tools on the weekends...I find myself cursing and throwing tools less :thumbup:
