Quickest solution when Rust-Oleum spray paint won't dry... Spray additional coat of similar based Rust-Oleum Clear over tacky paint as a topcoat. Spray when humidity is lowest {eg. noon-3:pm on a clear day} to help prevent being tacky. Thanks, Brian
