I've been having problems with my '06 450 sportsman with 1400 miles on like what you have described. Idles great runs good at slow speed but falls flat on it self when it goes up hill or in any sand and mud. Have taken it to the repair shop that used to be a Polaris Dealer said it was the fuel...
