I went with the Echo 58V stuff. Have the mower, blower, and just picked up the trimmer. Have waited for deals and coupons so I have 2x 4ah and 2x 2ah batteries plus 3 chargers. I really like them, the trimmer is so quiet and just as powerful as the gas, I do wish it had reverse. My dogs freak...

I just picked up the 4 gallon Hitachi twin stack, installing hardwood in my house, so far it is great. Fairly quiet, fills quickly, and runs my nailers just fine. Lowe's just dropped the price to 179. I think it is the same as the Emglo above, looks identical in a different color.

Would foam filled wheel barrow tires work? I think they fit a 1/2 to 3/4 inch axle depending on tire size. Harbor freight, tractor supply, etc should have them.

The Ortho spray is good, keeps my house, garage, and shed spider free if I spray every three months or so.

If the top orientation works well for your property, have you thought about changing the other doors to a single 18x10? Would give you some usable space for your air compressor, etc.

I have a few of the craftsman rubber hoses and like them. They are heavy, they do kink some, and they turn your hands black, but I'd still buy them again, better than anything else that I've tried.
