Most coatings need a minimum of 30 days before application on new concrete. BTW, the floor looks great!

Is "Lubrication" misspelled on the top lid? In any case, this looks fantastic.

Your shop is really awesome. I'm south of you in Oceanside.

I spent 20 yrs using HP Solid Designer, now Creo Parametric. I've now spent 12 years on Solidworks, literally every day. Overall, I still prefer a parametric approach especially for doing molded plastic parts. The one thing that can really go bad is getting a corrupt part on complex parts...

Great to see all the cars that stopped for a photo op. What's going on with your own car projects? The work on them you did previously was impressive.

There's always a lot of work to trench, set the grade, assemble, make the cuts, backfill and level etc.. You stand back at the end and it looks like nothing happened:-). Great job!

If you really want the fenders to function, add flaps on both the front and rear, extending nearly to the ground. The front flap makes a big difference in keeping your feet and front of your legs dry. The back is commonly called the "buddy flap" and often required for group rides there. Not...

It may be the phone pictures but I'm leaning towards dye lot differences. Even though it's a small area, they should have laid it out dry before just putting down the tiles. Hope it's only photographic.....

I think it's a real advantage to have the floor poured just after the foundation. Staging material, Framing, moving around in general inside is SO MUCH EASIER. You can use a lift if wanted. I know many wait until nearer the end to pour the slab but I think you'll appreciate this. Looks...

One thought, perhaps not necessary. What appears to be the hallway to the new garage looks very dark, not much natural light. They sell 14" square fixed windows that will go between studs. The inclusion of 3 of these above viewing height (maybe 80") would make a big difference. I've done the...

I had similar issues with the Barina lights. The LED assemblies are excellent. The spring brackets are not good. Glad you worked out a 3D printed solution.

What's holding the double 2X4 on the right side under the header? It looks (probably wrong) that it's just hanging outside the foundation.

Great info to have, found the info for yours here: https://www.gtsoniccleaner.com/sale-12105023-300w-ultrasonic-washing-machine-high-frequency-ultrasonic-cleaner-13l.html. I have one of small ultrasonic cleaners that is just ok for cassettes and chains like this...

3rd endorsement for the Barrinas. I have 4 rows in my 20 x 20 garage, 9 ' ceiling and it's amazing. No shadows and great overall brightness. My only issue is the mounting clips are very soft. You have to be gentle installing them.
