Does the drain by the lowest level garage door keep up? I would hate to see any water damage to anything on that level. This would be my priority as it appears a lot of water is being directed to that drain....

Too bad the roll up doors didn't work. However, it looks like you did a good job putting in the rails for the new doors. Pat yourself on the back for standing up and getting in doors that work. BTW, the old store front look is extremely creative! Thanks for sharing pics!

I would keep it simple. It appears he aquires items and puts it where ever there is an open spot to put it. Therefore, I would add some aisles. Tiles(foam squares?) would work perfect.
