    This will be a very utilitarian shop. The projects that get built in it are my main focus. After some paint, lighting, and a fee new electrical plugs I'll be done with the shop and on to the cars.

    Concrete happens first thing in the morning! Can't wait for it to be ready to move in! Need to start lighting and electrical next!

    Oh forgot to mention the estimate I got on concrete was $3,375. Thats 4,000 psi concrete 4" thick on 2' center rebar and 4" of base rock. I think I got a pretty good deal!
