    Craftsman? Pollard? Any vintage experts?

After looking at those, I agree. I can't find any markings on the green one that I have at home now. I'll check the other one tomorrow after I get it home.

This old one is a beast. It's got two 1/8" plates on top, legs would hold up a bridge. I got these things for $10 each from my work.

Let's Hear it for the Old Gray/Red Sears Craftsman Tool Chests and Cabinets (60s/70s)

Here's mine. Not sure of year. If someone can tell me where to look, I'd appreciate it. My workplace had this in the scrap pile a while back and I promptly pulled it right out and took it home for free. Also have 2 like the green one, but I'm not sure who made them. Anyone have any...

    Craftsman? Pollard? Any vintage experts?

I'm scoring some more older industrial items from my workplace, from the "graveyard" as I call it. A mezzanine where they move old office and shop furniture when it's not longer to be used. I shop here from time to time. I've bought several Pollard Brothers benches that I love for my...

    kellogg american b331bl - what's it worth?

I got them! I sold the Quincy/Brinks one to a friend and paid for both of them. Now I have to figure out what's the better option - replace the 3 phase motor with a 1 phase motor and starter or buy a phase converter to convert the 1 phase power to 3 phase. I have to do some homework on this...

    kellogg american b331bl - what's it worth?

OK, I've seen what the motor starters look like. So it's likely mounted wherever this one was used. I'll try to figure that out and see if they will pull the starter off the wall for me.....if not, we're talking roughly another $100. So still under $500 all in on the compressor, which looks...

    kellogg american b331bl - what's it worth?

Well, my chances of getting these compressors is near 100%. I'm selling the Binks to a friend at a GREAT price, which is enough to cover what I'm paying for both of them. So at least I'll be starting with something that I have no money into with the Kellogg American. I've been searching...

Who's a wood burning stove expert?

I have no doubt that the newer ones are more efficient. This one is already in the house, so I would use what's there. If you get your wood for free (and anyone who puts a little effort into that, at least in my area, can), then the efficiency is a lot less of an issue. If anyone figures out...
