OK Guys.. I found one more mystery tool in my father in laws tools... It's a heavy metal hand tool... It's got a handle and rounded bottom.... It's a tool that is used for molding something.. The pics will tell the story on this one. Its'' about 2.5" wide and deep... There are no markings on...

I've got an open-end 3/4" wrench with letters "S.&.P.M.S" on one side. see pics... it's about 9" in length. Does any have an idea who made this and possible value?
I found another old item in my father in laws tools... It's a heavy opened-end wrench 3/4" both ends, about 9" long, and it includes the inscription of "S&P.M.S" (see attached pics). Does anyone identify the maker of this wrench or what the letters mean?
