As said above it should friction fit to keep it in place for stapling. Here are a few pic's of my garage while insulating. For the ceiling I used the stand in the last pic to roll around on. Much better than a ladder. I got it off craigs list. It was originally from harbor freight.

Milled out a couple of AR type rifle receivers... Both for 9mm AR rifles... Before.. After.. This one too... Fully assembled.

2X10's were used to span the center floor / ceiling area. They were hung off the 5 "bundled" trusses on each side. I used 1 1/8 T&G for the floor/ ceiling.

Yup.. Five thick. They carry the load of the dormer section which was conventionally framed. "Flying" the bundled trusses into position..

Pic's of my 26'x 40" garage shop built with attic trusses...1040 ft down stairs and 640 up... The ceiling in the up stairs is 8' with knee walls. the up stairs is 12' wide, with 12' dormers on the front and rear. It was well worth the cost to put in the upstairs!!! front Back Side...

I've had both the bench and the tool bench with drawers for about a year. They are nice. Not super heavy duty but great for the price. I also have two of the matching lockable storage cabinets. Great for storing my "treasures".
