i was thinking of doing closed cell on the ceiling and using fiberglass between wall studs. But im trying to find out if i need some kind of moisture barrier or if I can just place kraft faced fiberglass over the tar paper and then put my peg board back on top of that. thanks for the help!

I have 25` x 25` detached garage in Houston, TX. Its very hot/humid here. Very little breeze. I have a big, dense oak that covers the garage so that helps to keep it cooler some but the summers are brutal and I spend a lot of time in there with hobby stuff. Im OK with the fans I have now but...
