I agree with this, that would freak me out having my welder up like that. A couple nice racks up top would look kill and be functional for the things your going to be grabbing for most frequently.

This is a very good post, and covers a lot of good material. If I was you I would snoop the lines/connections, and clean the whole plate and wipe with acetone.

It's been awhile since I did aluminum, and I don't take enough pics so I just ran these. Need some bigger wire, had to push a lot of wire. Here they are, took them with my phone so there not the greatest. Far from my greatest but its been awhile since doing aluminum.

I keep one in a spare hood, sometimes up I need that extra viewing area that is available, and yes if you had a cheap ad the ckarity will be significantly better.

Went and checked it out today and bought it with the coupon. For less than $50 it's a good deal.

The last two don't look to bad. One tip, knock your tacks down a little before welding. You can see two spots (one on each weld) where you have a lack of fusion by the tacks in the corners. By knocking them down a little you can consume them smoothly.

Looks like a nice cart, might have to go have a look to see if it can be modified to fit a watercooler. Would be good for an air cooled setup though.
