That's for mounting to a steal I-beam? How does it "hold on" to the beam. That looks like a mount to wood.

I have 30x40 Mueller metal building. I would like to hang a ceiling fan in the middle where the I beam is. What have y'all done to mount the fan? Do you have any pictures how it's mounted? What would be the the proper term for this kind of box? I have read something about a wide beam flange...
