Thank you for the fast response! My model number is a 113.21371 and as for the hub, the directions just say to pull it out, turn about 1/4 turn and re-install, this would tighten up the spring. Might just need a decent cleaning. As far the v belt that is on mine looks to be about 3/16" wide, so...

I just recently picked up a simular model at an estate sale, did you have an issue with removing the Hub Assembly, as I need to tighten the return spring just a bit, but my pully comes out about 1.25" then stops dead! The manual just states to pull it out, turn about a 1/4 turn then re-install ...
