I noticed the same thing. Over here a double car garage must have a minimum of one drain (center). This will be an expensive repair for the builder but that's what happened when you don't it right the first time. Let us know the outcome.

This heater is hardwired so you can control it via a line voltage thermostat or a low voltage (24V) thermostat. If you want to use a low voltage thermostat you will need a relay/transformer. This heater is similar to the Dragon Ceiling Fan Heater (made by StelPro). I'm not a fan of this type...
