Do you have any interior pics your 30' wide barn ? I'm kinda leaning more towards the 30x80,I think it'll fit the lot a little better and the trusses are cheaper,I can always add width if needed with a wing too.
I want a door on both ends mainly for ventilation,I didn't think about having everything setup on the sides.I guess you do lose some storage area with 2 doors.I do plan on having it high enough for a loft on each end which will help with storage.

I've read and heard about the uplift,all it takes is a small opening for the wind to pass through and lift the roof and the structural integrity of the whole building is compromised. So maybe roof attachment and windows,doors are just as or more important as foundation attachment when it comes...
