i used WATER BASED kilz2 on OSB yesterday (with the intent of an extra layer of protection from the elements) and within about 15 minutes, 20+ pieces of the OSB material started peeling up. i wonder if this is another occasion where water vs oil is VERY important? or if i just got some cheap...
