I am finally ready to pull the trigger on a new welder. Looking at getting a Hobart Handler 210. The only real difference I can see between this and the 187 is that the 210 can do Aluminum (with the spool gun) and has a little more fire in the wire.

Unfortunately I do not have any pictures (broken camera) but I think the tank is ok. There was some water in the tank when I first got it but it does not leak and is in good shape from the outside.

I am guessing that this is a pretty solid vise since it looks pretty old and ways about 10 or 15 lbs it should withstand some...

The front jaw I believe is frozen to the main body. Any thoughts on how to to separate the two? Did I forget to do something (hidden bolt, or cotter pin).
Also what are the thoughts on this vise. Looks like a solid one to me...
