Great build; Great cars; Subscribed, waiting to see what cars you get to fill this new garage. The electrical may be taking you a while, but the time and care put in is evident. Do you think you will ever need all the lights on? kidding, but looks like you won't have any dark areas.

The benefit to spray foam, is that it seals and can act as a vapor/air barrier, but if your garage doesn't leak air or you are going to do drywall (which is also a air/vapor barrier when done correctly) I wouldn't bother with the spray foam. Make sure you don't have any air leaks in your walls...
