The quality of the US General Pro is fantastic. I know two people who purchased the larger bottom cabinet and love it. One of the true finds at HF. That said, be VERY cautious on getting one undamaged. Anything with sheet metal at HF has a very high probability of being dented, dinged, etc...

The cart is actually very good. Just don't tighten all the bolts until you have it assembled completely and you'll find it very sturdy.
