let's see your craftsman block grinders

Went to buy an Craftsman 150 drill press. Met the guy at a storage facility. He had this sitting there. Already have one block grinder, but the package price was reasonable, so I brought it home. Happy I did. Smoothest grinder I’ve ever used.

Looking for Columbian 506 m2 spindle and main nut. If I can’t find the parts, I would also sell the vise for parts. Still has a good dynamic jaw, and main body. Missing the correct spindle and nut.

Just picked up this guy tonight. It’s a Wilton 835. Appears to be in very nice original shape. Going to keep it that way. Just going to clean it up and bolt it down.

Drives: Thank you for the reply! I did read your whole thread about the 519x series. Very good information in there. I agree, these are some of the best looking vises ever made. It’s definitely not going to be an easy task to find a base. I’m guessing that I’m going to have to eventually find...

Longtime reader, first time poster. I inherited my grandfather’s Craftsman 5196. He just had it bolted down to his bench through the center bolt. It is missing the swivel base and the parts that go along with it. It’s still in pretty nice shape as is. For sentimental reasons, I’m looking to...
