    Hello LostBoy, I think between the three of us we may be in the wettest parts of our respective countries. Drivesitfar, my sister-in-law lives in Seattle and it's often a competition as to where it rains more, there or here in Manchester.

    Thanks for all your welcomes. I will post pics when I get the green light from the builders. As for the depth, there will be my Morgan Plus 4 and a (not yet bought) Austin A7 Box so I should be OK at 35 feet. Cheers

    Yes, it is tiny by US standards. It is currently a single car, free standing brick garage next to the house built in the 1990's. I am having it demolished, widened by four feet, attached to the side of the house and lengthened to the rear to make a slightly wider than a single car garage but...
