My racedeck is about 10 years old and looking it's age.Where in southern Ontario Canada can i buy rejuvenator?

I'm considering putting racedeck down here in mid Ontario Canada.Any input regarding the effects of winter slush and salt would be good.Also,what about the noise it makes when you lay it on concrete?
