OK, my guess before I called anyone was about $6000 to $9000. I was a stair carpenter my whole life and I hate to waste peoples time with getting a ton of estimates so I wanted to see if I was off base. I had one guy come over, his price; $9000 to demo and haul. $8000 for concrete and labor...

So I need a new driveway. About 1500 sq feet. I need the old one demo'ed and a new one installed. Looking if anyone has any idea at how much something like that will cost? Do I need mesh installed also? Thanks Concord, NC

Scrape the idea of 24" on center. 16" oc means 4 more 2x6s and a lot more strength for your floor.

Re: Raisint the ceiling I think you would be better off installing rafters and then cutting out the trusses. Only you can tell if the rafters can be installed without removing the roof.

Pour lacquer thinner on it and then shake a generous amount of baby powder on it. The thinner will draw it to the surface and the baby powder will soak it up. It may take a couple of applications, but it is effective.

No insult taken. I just don't know anybody that works at fast food places or I would be getting them there also. I work construction and used to get spackle buckets. But they are a pain to clean out. Now that I moved south, they don't get the mud in buckets anymore. It comes in plastic bags...

Isn't 40x60 enough for 12 cars?

I know some of the Amish shed builders use large hinges to fold the walls into reasonable size pieces.

So glad to see you are working from plans. Very smart. Too many people think they know how to build a shed and when they are finished it is apparent they didn't.
