This is the machine I got.It has rust but I think I can clean it up.I don't have the pieces that hold on the cutter heads do you if you do what do they look like? There are two pieces that are broken I have to have them welded.
yes it's a 4x6 machine it need to be taken apart and the light rust cleaned. there are two pieces that are damaged and need to be welded back together.
If you are using Minwax then use there per-stain wood conditioner it helps to prevent blotching. also when you sand the wood go to at lest 180 grit and not to much finer you will close the grain on the wood.when you use the per-stain conditioner do a sample peice the color will be lighter then...

Hello the shop looks great I was wondering did you replace the over head crane with new steel or was the original one still in good shape. Did the heat from the fire affect it.
