Having a 24x36 garage built currently. Contractor is doing all the work. Walls are 2x6 studs 10' tall on top of 1' block stem wall for a ceiling height of 11'. Scissor trusses over where I am putting my lift for higher ceiling in that area. Materials and labor $26k
