Just saw this last night at an Orchard Supply in Fresno, Ca. All Empire levels were $5.00. They had (1) 48" and (2) 24" left and I bought all of them. They are regularly just under $50.

Was the block filled with concrete yet? We just built a bunch of block walls at my house and I filled all the block with concrete and let everything cure before we back filled the walls. My block is 8" x 8" x 16" all tied to the footings with rebar running vertically and horizontally.
