I'd like to add the stuff I used to the list: "Hard Deck" epoxy system from Air-Tech Coatings http://www.airtechcoatings.com/harddeck.html It's made for hangar floors. Two coats of epoxy with a poly-something clear coat. Materials cost me about $0.50/sq-ft total for the 3 coat process...
