Fireball tool jigs - which ones on a budget

For father's day, my lovely wife is giving me two of the 8" mega squares (cast iron) ;)

    custom scooter ...

Yup, small, technology company, although it is all one floor, so having the scooter to go from one side to the other is nice. We also fly small quads indoors, although not often since those can get noisy, specially then you have 10+ of them flying at once.

Thank you - something fun to work, and something I can use daily in my office :o

    custom scooter ...

At my company, we actually are allowed to use scooters inside of our building, and in fact our company bought about 20 Razor scooters. A few bought high-end, custom Aluminum racing/trick scooters ($200-350). My son had a 3-wheel toy he had used a lot which he did not care for, so instead of...

    Beat-up Vintage Wilton Vise

Thank you. This "project" was done back in 2011, and I am still using it almost every single week. I simply change the aluminum jaws depending on what I need to grab. Given the light duty I put the vise through, it has continued to work as good as when I refinished years ago. I am still...

Yet another shop light LED conversion ...

Thank you guys. There are many LED shop lights available today, but not at this level of output and not end-user configurable - this is putting close to 1000 lumens. But even if I can find something similar, the manufacturer would have made some sort of compromise regarding...

Yet another shop light LED conversion ...

Nothing too exciting - just another LED conversion thread :-) This is how the lamp looked like when it was new: I used this lamp primarily in my belt sander, and although bright, the coverage was not even/smooth, and of course a little too yellow for my taste (now that I am used to the...

    LED Shop Light

The particular coating that I am using here is called Moly Resin. It is a very tough finish, used in firearms, and hard-use gear. I have done my own comparisons/torture of Moly Resin against Powder Coating and Cerakote, and Moly Resin did MUCH better than Powder Coating, and about the...

    LED Shop Light

Per CPF standards, what I am doing is still considered low power :scared: Some of the solutions involve an LED drawing 5 to 9 amps at 3-4 volts :shocking: So "high power" is all relative :) The idea of course it to try to match the LED to the application. In most applications heat is the...
