i been collecting 24x18 squars 30 years and found 8... very uncommon to find 'em not cut down 16" to work with the 16" western/platform framing method..

lock, stock and barrel including the wet basement to leaking roof of both buildings. iffen i won a big lotto and lived long enough i'd move it brick by brick... i didn't buy anything.
I don't know too much about operation. its 2 buildings side by side, west 1 is basically open mike night most evenings with a couple local performers having a actual comedy night performances during the month. revenue seems to be tips as a jar was noted.
The east building is the left alone...
my way of testing a tank i was gonna use IF tested ok. i tested it 1 1/2 times greater than the pressure the new popoff would open at. in other words 250lbs. my tank was 3/16" boiler plate, riveted and brazed.
It's been well over a year asking for help. $100 reward still offered for a correct logo No.1 Williams Engineers wrench that fills out this retail board. thx.
fyi, in this photo i'm holding up the largest williams wrench made. (not including chain wrenhes)
its a 22a with 6 7/8" milled opening, the 22b had a 7 5/8" milled opening.
both were 52" long, and head was 3" thick.
