three ways are tricky.....the way you have it drawn will not work......you need 2 wires dedicated between the switches (travelers). the easiest way for what you are describing would be to bring everything to a common junction box. 12/3 from 1 switch, 12/3 from other switch, feed, and 2 12/2's...
