    The pump case has a good amount of sludge, will be cleaning it out real good. I hydro tested the tank to 300 PSI it did not loose any pressure after several hours, seems good, but I am planning to recondition the tank using a method similar to this:

    I have 240volt all the way to the motor now.... AND IT WORKS! The problem was with the plug end that came with it, it was all rusty and corroded when I took it apart, I snipped it back a bit and put a brand new plug end on it. Next I will be inspecting the pump, hopefully have it up and going...

    Thanks! I just measured the voltage after the magnetic starter, did not think to check the voltage since you can hear the thump when it engages. I am only seeing 40 volts, so I check where the power enters the magnetic starter, still only 40 volts, then I checked at the outlet of the safety...

    After making sure the capacitors were not shorted, and appeared to take a charge, I did try running the electric motor after repairing the magnetic starter, but it does not spin, I could try giving the fan on the back of the motor a spin but I'm honestly not even sure which way it is supposed to...
