I read through the whole POR15 thread. Everything looked good until the wet warm tire issue. Then the thread seemed to die for 5 years. Looks like Epoxy Coat it is, but my local Lowes does not stock it

Hello, Looking to do my 3 car garage this weekend. Should I go with Epoxy Coat or POR15 Floor is currently bare with some grease, but no previous coatings. Any experiences with POR15 except for the ones from 5 years ago?
