It looks like this one. I measure open end around 28mm what is almost equal 1.100 inches I cleaned it up a bit and took some measurements, and I'm fairly certain that the only markings on the wrench were the two letters R and B. This is especially likely since the center of the wrench falls...

I will try, but it looks like nothing more than R B letters and size 5/8 inches

I check all from this link but didn't find even one similar to this what I found, it is so unique or maybe it's no so old?

Can anyone help to identify it? Who and when made it?
