Maybe ‎Hangzhou Great Star is targeting the government contract tool kit market segment. They don't seem interested in the individual or professional. HJE said they weren't communicating with distributors. I think they would have more revenue and volume this way.

I am seeing it now logged in and logged out. Maybe try in firefox history side bar right click sktools and then click forget about this site. Then type the address in and try again.

In Firefox it appears in the bottom right area just above the proceed to checkout green box.
