Yes, I've been pouring concrete for 18 years now. It also appears that the caulk may have completely dried out and shrank as well. All things put together, it looks like movement. I wouldn't really worry myself about it.

I see no real issues, just concrete shrinkage and a small amount of settling. Lack of control joints, I let my customers decide if they want them or not. Most choose no, they don't want to sweep all the dust down inside of joints. Nor do they care to periodically caulk the joints. Concrete will...
