I have tried to do my research on this topic, just need a little help. Working on finishing up a 30x40x12 shop, with a 4:1 roof pitch. I would like to keep the lights tight to the ceiling but not sure if this is a good idea. The building is insulated, back side of the insulation is white...

Did you use fiber in your concrete? I did not see any steel.

Do you have an aluminum frame version?
