Lol - I guess I haven’t looked at my profile in a long time! We moved back to Amarillo in 2007. The hangar is a little over 20 minutes from my house. The red Z28 was my first car. My father-in-law later indoctrinated me to black cars 😂

The footprint dimension of the building is 60’ wide and 100’ long. We give each lift approximately 12’ in width and 20’ in length to allow for opening vehicle doors completely and walking around vehicles.

Don’t know anything about that. 50%+ of the hangars here have no airplane use. Edit - after looking into it, that stipulation has to do with receiving FAA/government grants of funding for operation of that airport. This is a private airport facility where a POA operates and maintains itself.
