i used red head threaded inserts in my floor so i could unbolt the changer I could easily twist this light duty changer into a pretzel changing 33-37" tires even with the duckbill and tire lube you really have to baby these light duty changers IMO

if it was mine to fix on the cheap I would aim to redirect any water from getting on top of the slab in the first place , then epoxy the cracks,seal then install a garage flooring type tile to hide the cracks and act as a water barrier

we do a decent amount of drywall I wouldn't buy one, even when a rotozip was the standard by the time you chased it and used it the cutouts could have been done by hand already ,, the production guys like to hang the sheets then zip the boxes wires and all lol , but we are just 15-20...

My 200$ Arc One "quality" auto helmet is less dependable than my 12 yo harbor freight unit and I only replaced the Harbor freight unit because I was nervous it was bad for my eyes after a bit of reading the HF units apparently pretty decent
