Thank you for getting back to me so quick. If I dug under it and went in about a foot and about a foot deep leaving virgin ground underneath and filled it with concrete, do you think that would work? Thank you again.

Someone put up a 12x24 metal garage on a slab that is 3 1/2” thick. The perimeter is the same thickness, it has not been dug deeper. Can I put a two story garage on that slab? Thank you in advance for your help.
