Located in Columbus, OH. The area I am talking about is the garage floor, but the leading edge that sticks out beyond the door outside in the elements. Anyone know a product to seal this with?

Hi all, My cement edge, the 10" or so just infront of the garage doors between the door and the blacktop is spalling or flaking. Since I have no drains, and the floor slopes toward the door, snow and slush drip off cars, run under door and re-freeze. This is really screwing up that little...
