Any one with a KA tool 4 post lift?

I am an old guy thinking about a 4 post lift for my new shop. I have a 1 ton dully diesel crew cab that I want to lift a couple of times a year. What’s your thoughts on this lift?

I just purchased one last Saturday. I just about have it all assembled. It appears to be almost identical to Bendpak HD9. Overall it seems like a decent residential lift. Biggest gripe is the lack of good instructions. For the most part it goes together easy, but it would be nice if they at least listed which fasteners go where. I question the weight rating on it. Like I said it almost an exact duplicate of Bendpak which is rated at 9000. The only difference that I can see between this model and the Benpac is the Bendpak has air locks and the Katool has manual locks.

Did you purchase the 9000# lift or the 11000# one?
I have since watched some videos of them and they say the same thing about the directions and hardware.
I laid it out on the floor and I think it looks like it will work for what I need.

I bought the 11000#. Watch the Bendpak videos and download their instructions. Much more helpful than the Katool instructions.

I am not too worried about assembly of the lift, but thanks for the heads up. I guess my biggest concern now is the weight rating of the lift, I think my one ton dully weighs just under 9,000# I was looking for lift with some safety factor that’s why I was going with a 11,000# one.
Really I will only lift that truck maybe a couple of times a year. And truefully I will only use the lift once a month if that.

For expected 9k lbs vehicle lifting, I would go with 7 ton rating (1.5 times vehicle weight). However, that's just me, and I know a lot of people will disagree with that, and that's ok. Good luck to you.

No I haven’t sprung on one yet.
That part of the shop has been on the back burner for a while.
Still would like feedback on lifts though.

I'm a new owner of the 11k pound lift. It seems to be stout. If the instructions weren't so poor, and a few other things, I'd recommend it. It picks up my Ram 1500 with ease. I may post a separate review of it, given this post is old.
