Nice one, SKFarmer. As soon as I saw your answer I could "see" one clamped to an old galvanized pipe, connected to the panel, and also the two for the jumper wire around the meter. Loved that house. Thanks for the memory.the correct answer on c is a ground clamp for attaching a ground wire to a pipe.
With the ring on the end with the eyes? Nah, D has to be fishing lures.I believe D is called a sanding stick or similar. We had similar ones of these in my wood shop class in high school they are for sticking sandpaper in and getting down into like a corner or crevice or narrow area or like a ridge in a piece of wood basically anything you need to sand that you can’t do with your hands or a sanding block. The ones in the picture look homemade almost. They could also be used to sand like carvings or something that’s delicate too.
What other kind of fish would you want to catch? Those appear to be for catching large fishes!
The house did have a glass shower door that was installed before we bought it so maybe these were extras. Thanks for posting.A. Looks like stand-offs for glass, like a shower door.
The house has brick. Thanks for posting.B. is a downspout hanger. I've usually seen that style on brick / stone homes. The downspout fit between the hooks, and a wire loop between the two hooks held the downspout in place.
Have a buddy who thought the same thing. Thanks for posting.D would, I believe, be "flashers" or "dodgers" for a trolling rig. They dance around and attract predatory fish, but don't have hooks themselves.
