Unless it needs to go a small pocket with a knife etc., I'd get the 125.

I have both in 100 and they're not really proper capable tools, the pliers wrench even less so than the Cobra.

Should be much the same for knockoffs, although I'm not into such things.

I have the 5" (125) Knipex Pliers Wrench, and never find myself using it. The 7" is just right, and is the smallest "proper capable tool" for me (and I often find myself using the 10" and 12" versions). That being said, I just ordered a set of 4", because I do think they'll be an acceptable pocket tool, and should have more grip than my Leatherman, which is still plenty useful.

I did go with the chrome though. Not a fan of rusty black tools in my pockets.

I have the Knipex 8701125SBA. It’s 5” cobra and I love the thing. It is in my pocket everyday at work and I use it constantly. I also carry a leather man but I find the jaws useless for holding nuts. I had an even smaller knipex but that proved to be too small. 5” seems perfect for many task and when I need something bigger I walk to the truck. They were about 35 bucks but well worth it.

Depends what you do day to day tbh and how big your pockets are. I wouldn’t edc one myself but if I worked in a machine shop I might though honestly I might be wearing a smock and have tools in that or have different wrenches on lanyard to each machine and not need a wrench at all

I carry a Klein 5” version everyday and get along quite well with the size. Also have a 5” curved jaw vice-grip and a 6” Diamond Horseshoe adjustable wrench. All serve great for edc on the farm or wherever.
