Was at two Lowe's today (Hamburg and Exeter PA), both had good clearances on Fiskars lopers, trimmers, pruning saws and pole clips. Looks like they are being replaced by some brand I've not heard of before. Sorry, didn't take any pictures but if you need something like that, check your local store.

No sign of anything like that at my local stores, unfortunately. The only Fiskars products are axes and hatchets.

They seem to have changed to Corona brand. Some of that is decent quality (I own a few Corona tools), but not in the same league as Fiskars, IMHO.

Corona is a great brand.

This inflator is on sale again and I once again have to praise its performance especially at this price.

How is it if a car tire needs more than say 4 psi? My ryobi one doesn't like adding more than a few psi.

nuts, its tool only

Which Ryobi do you have? My Brother-in-law gave me one a few years ago and it looks like the model is no longer sold, but it works pretty well and is pretty fast. I no longer see it at Home Depot. I see Walmart selling one for $123, that seems high. I have used it a bunch. The biggest issue is that I need to fill a few pounds over, let it settle, and read the number.

This process is automated if you buy the Milwaukee, just set the value you want, and let it do its thing. Bigger and bulkier, but just set it up and let it go.

I purchased some little thing from Amazon for $20 as recommended here. It is slow, very slow, but it has a built-in battery, you set the desired pressure, and then let it slowly do its thing. If you must do a lot of filling (say if three tires are very low), this is not what you want. It can top-off four tires if they are only down a few. But, very slow, but works well enough. The unit that I bought is essentially the same as this one I will link and it is only $20 for the next 5 hours. The shape is different. Mine is narrow and long and yellow. The price has been at $20 for almost two weeks, but before that it was about $30. It works, it is cheap, and I have a previous model in each car. I have used it a bunch, but when I am at home, I use something faster.

That Milwaukee is a game-changer and will spoil you. Stupidly expensive, but they're often on sale (or part of larger package deals).

I wouldn't change battery platforms for it, but would try to find something with similar features (if possible and matching your platform of choice).

Ryobi stuff was given to me as a gift so I had

Ryobi, festool, and three different Milwaukee batteries.

I am now mostly using the Milwaukee 12 and 18. Have not yet used the Milwaukee tire inflator, but I got it on sale when I was inflating tires multiple times a week; and have not had to inflate a tire in the two months since.

"Tools Tested" on YouTube just made a new inflator roundup video to help us all not buy junk:

I really don't understand why this guy doesn't have more subscribers.

Not exactly cordless, perhaps they should just call it battery operated.lol

Noticed that too. I'm wondering why they just didn't do a flex shaft type setup on that?

My current one is a little Hyper Tough 4V. Not really good enough for the stuff I use the big corded Dremel on, but for fine hobby tasks and light around the house stuff--just enough.

Is Lowes clearance price specific to a store? I am seeing full price online for my store.
Lowes clearance prices vary from store to store, so look around your area because sometimes you can drive 15 minutes in any direction and save 50-75%..……… Lowes clearance pricing is "all over the place" so do your research.

Rechargeable battery sold separately or uses AA

In my experience yes, clearance prices are usually store-specific.

I have those, love them, and would buy 2 more pairs for that price!

I'll have to hunt for them, Lowe's website says they're out of stock.

Mike

yeah, i see OOS too, and no link to check other stores.

FYI you SOB's. I decided to check too and it showed full pop at my store. So as a fluke I put it in my basket and then it showed at the sale price. Bought and paid for..

Thanks guys!
