I hope your deal works out better than mine. I’ve been in the valley all week including today till noon. When I placed the order it showed in stock at my local store 120 miles north of my office. Figured I’d pick it up today or tomorrow.

I did find it odd that a couple days after my order I got a text telling me they were in, but I didn’t read past that.

Today I headed straight there only to find out it’s not there, it’s back down in the valley. Past that customer service was worthless.

So I just got done checking emails n texts. In short I’ve got notifications of out of stock up here and they automatically just transferred it to the valley.

I have a text n an email saying the order was cancelled…..sorry ya loser. Then I have both a text n email saying it’s ready for pickup.

WTF!

Whelp if you want to call this luck. Tuesday I have a job walk at 9am in Yuma which will have me traveling thru the city this stores at and at a time I can swing. Guess we’ll see what happens.

I found a BUNCH of 3M headphones, then realized the problem...

3M has updated them, and the 2 new models are at full price. 26 vs 24 db noise reduction, and some cosmetic changes...

Pretty good price at $449, but keep in mind that this saw was released all the way back in 2010 (!) and is being clearanced out because Bosch is just about to release its replacement with some new and improved features.

The biggest improvement on the new version is that they are dropping the MSRP by $100, which means that it will retail at full price for $649 and go on sale for less than that. So the clearance price of $449 on the old saw is good, but some people might want to wait for the new saw to go on sale to acquire the new features at a slightly higher price.

If it cut wood well in 2010, it’ll cut wood well in 2026. I’m in for the old model! Been using a 35-yr old fixed 10” Makita miter saw.

Thank you. I’ve been wanting one of these for years and with the price increases to $5k+, I’ve been him-hawing. This plus my Lowe’s discount plus the rewards points made me pull the trigger. Hope it’s real!

I know this is the deal thread, and I'm not putting a deal here, but I was asked for updates so please be kind. I've been getting regular messages from Estes that it shipped and is on it's way across the country. Scheduled to be here next Monday. I won't update again until it arrives. it's 1,064 pounds. I have a lot of work in my future!
