Found this International Harvester Company cold chisel. I really liked the depth and clarity of the logo stamping (even if they had a tough time centering it).

Seems like often it is tough to see the detail in the IHC logo on their old tools.

Chisel is 5-5/8” long with a 1/2" hexagonal handle and a 5/8” wide tip.

My grandfather worked for International Harvester and I’ve found his name on a few patents. I wonder the history on that chisel

I will concur with you, sir, that the International Harvester Company's logo is arguably one of the most impressive of the era of "the iron age" of the late 19th and early 20th Centuries.
I think this image shows it in a particularly flattering light:

^ wow... that's some great detective work there. that image came from an ebay listing. not sure what it was being called in the ad.

^ nooo... big cast iron thing.... probably 8 or 9 inches across. found that image in an ebay listing late one night. not sure what I was looking for.
