Transplanted a couple or three fruit trees after the FIL kept complaining they were always in his road when mowing the lawn. He had planted them in the first place.

Father in law finally got his ride on mower back after nearly 3 weeks. It was sent away for a suspected thrown belt. Came back with a £350 ($470) bill. Invoice says it had a rope wrapped up underneath it. I call BS as no rope was ever left in the garden and it had only been moved 20ft from the shed across the grass when it sounded like something snapped and it stopped cutting.

Father in law has decided he's going to trade in his ride on mower for another model with twin blades. Only problem is no-one will take it as a trade in due to the brands reputation for throwing belts.

Spitfire 90th anniversary flight day 6 route was supposed to pass within a mile of our house using the Preseli hills as a trig point but last minute they changed the route to hug along the coast instead. :(
A few piccies from previous days routes.

Missus appointment to have an op on her foot today. Dropped her off at 7:15am then took the dogs for a walk around the old racecourse at Haverfordwest.
Got a text at lunchtime saying she was last on the list so who knows when she'd be out. Just before 3pm got a text from her saying the person before her had just gone in. 4pm she texted 'you can come and pick me up, my op has been cancelled'. Gonna be at some point in May now.

That’s really frustrating for both of you. Thought that **** only happens over here.
She'd waited months for the appointment after it kept getting pushed back again and again. The person in before her was having her ankle fused and they ran into complications.

Can't really plan on doing anything now until the new appointment date comes through then it'll be a 6 week wait until she can put weight back on it properly. So possibly mid June or July by then.

I feel your pain my wife broke both her feet in Late June getting out of my truck of course we didn’t know they were broke. X-rays misread, diagnosis of gout, reaction to chlorestrol meds, no they were broke bed rest, Velcro booties, purchase of a stairlift to get her up the steps twice a day. One healed one didn’t. Surgery in November, plates screws, more rest and finally in February released to resume normal activities. Walks a little funny but getting better slowly.

Hope your wife gets the surgery she needs to get back to normal.
