Some random stuff in the Clearance section...

Hopkins trailer stuff on clearance (lights, etc.). Some good deals (> 40 % off), others not so much.

I would have bought one of these adapters (as a spare) if it was cheaper...

I picked up a small LED amber clearance marker light (wish they had two), only a buck off. Bigger ones had much better savings, oddly. No pics of the lights.

They also had these DeWalt bits, 75% off. I don't know if they're any good, don't need them, didn't buy any. They had several sets in a blue bucket.

I know this is the deal thread, and I'm not putting a deal here, but I was asked for updates so please be kind. I've been getting regular messages from Estes that it shipped and is on it's way across the country. Scheduled to be here next Monday. I won't update again until it arrives. it's 1,064 pounds. I have a lot of work in my future!
After watching Lowes sell out without pulling the trigger, I was afraid the deal was over, but they've since "restocked" 10 of them twice after a few days.

Extra discount tip: If you've got a Discover card, this quarter (April through June) it gives 5% cash back at home improvement stores (well, up to 5% of the first $1500, and then 1%)... so for the M7K that's an extra $90 off, making my total come in just under $3k with delivery and taxes.

Lowe's appears to be getting rid of the Fiskar brand pruning shears. I picked up a set of small shears today for 50% off.

Was at Home Depot with one in my hand and busted out the Lowe's app and saw them for 1/2 the price so I crossed the street and got one.

Also subsequently ordered a set of compound leverage loppers for pick up at roughly the same discount.

Are you guys saying that *all* Fiskars items are being clearanced out, or just certain SKUs?

FISKARS: Around here, anything like a shear or pruner is long gone. Corona seems to have displaced them.

They still have Fiskars hatchets and axes locally, but at full price.

I don't believe it is all Fiskars. In my case it was the hand pruners, loppers and scissor style shears.

I bought two sets of scissor style shears and a geared lopper for basically a tad less than 1/2 price.

Update: it arrived today. Some neanderthal forked it pretty good, so I wanted to get it unpacked tonight and make sure it's good. Just a little scuffed paint, it seems. Won't get it put together and all that for a while, but I am like a kid with a Red Ryder BB gun. Just sitting here smiling at it.
Couple photos for proof.

Thanks again to the OP of this DEAL. Smoking with my 5% lowes discount, 1.5% cash back, and the price. Can't beat it.

Looks cool! What type of slab requirements do you need for a lift like this? The usual residential garage floor is 4".

I *think* the minimum slab thickness to use the included wedgeit type anchors is 4.2". That's what I remember reading online. I haven't dug into documentation and installation instructions yet so could differ. I am very skeptical that my slab meets spec, and will probably involve some saw cuts and concrete placement before it's all over. I also have to raise my garage door, convert to a side mounted opener, relocate some lights, and on and on. The list of tasks is long and the list of spring time competing priorities is longer. It will be mid summer until I have it in and wrapped up, I'm sure of that.

If this isn't allowed - mods please delete - but any of you ever seen this site?

Lowes / Home Depot etc and lets you check local stores. No affiliation etc - I just know I showed it to my wife and one day after work she showed up with a new pair of lops, and couple of other yard tools at the Lowes or HD (can't remember which) near her office and they were close to 50% off.

Yes, but selfishly, I don't want it to get super popular so the resellers don't ruin it. It's saved me a ton on my own home remodel

I will post some links tomorrow, but 2 of the 3 local Lowes in my area are running some heavy clearance on Klein and Bosch stuff:

IMG_0686.jpeg

Also, looks like the last vestige of FLEX, the Stackpack line, is getting phased out, all on clearance at all 3 locations near me:

PS: this was the same area of Lowes (and same store) a dog turd was laying in the aisle for months. Gotta love it.
Are you sure it was a dog turd? :poop: :hellobye:

I was in a Walmart (Easton, PA) about 20 years ago and this 8 year old kid kept pestering his mother about going potty and she told him to "squat in the corner" so he "dropped a deuce" on the floor and he pulled up his pants and went on the way….…… This is one of the most disgusting things that I ever saw in a store and when I told the manager about it he told me that this was a common thing for the "new clientele” that has moved into the area.

That's disgusting, but I could see it happening.

Nope, this was a 100% a dog turd kicked around the aisles for months, right at the end cap of the Dewalt section in my store. Just look at the floor under the screwdrivers I posted, it's gross. One of the three Lowes in my area is decently clean and I've seen employee's trying to keep it decent. The other two are gross and the employee's are completely uninterested in helping anyone.

I haven't seen any dog turds in my 3rd world Lowes but you can taste the rat piss & feces in the seasonal section. Yeah it's really gross. :(
