I appreciate the posts, but that price is obviously an error... The socket set sells for over $500 elsewhere. Zoro's prices aren't that good. So I'm curious: are the people who placing orders for it doing so with the hope that they'll honor the mistake and eat the loss? No moral judgement: I'd order one too if I thought I stood a chance of receiving it at the listed price...

These things have happened in the past so that's why I posted it here , while this one is a little outside of the sometimes insanely good deals , it's also close enough to orders that have been fulfilled in the past. So I'm 50/50 on whether it'll be honoured or not based on a few past experiences. Let's see. You might absolutely be right here. But an $80 hold on my credit card for a month is certainly worth it trying to find out as is free returns if it turns out to be an empty foam module.

When the $19 wrench set happened, I was skeptical so I asked KC tool , KC tool told me that pricing was pulled directly from Gedore and that it would be honoured - it was.

The PN seems to check out - I'm going to go with "pricing error", although a 3/8" socket set selling regularly for over $300 seems absurd. Zoro has made pricing errors in the past - last year, I ordered three feet of 3/4" bulk garden hose and got a 50 foot roll delivered.

@BobsYourUncle69 , thanks for posting this it is a great deal. I am in for a couple of each. I would venture there is at least 50/50 chance that it is legit. In Germany and the EU the Gedore tools are much less expensive than they are sold for here in the USA.

They're much cheaper in South Africa too and made locally there as well. I didn't quite expect them to be so expensive when I got here or I would have brought more of mine with as the extra $270 for additional luggage seems like a trivial amount now compared to what it's cost me to re buy, and I must add I've mostly re bought on sales.

I saw that and searched the part number and came to the conclusion it was just for the case. The ad details don't specify otherwise. I may be wrong
The zoro listing omits the 58 pc part and googling that G model number they've listed just shows a case.

I carefully check model numbers and the descriptions etc as pics can some of the time not be accurate

I also thought it was just for the case but the manufacturer part number is the same - 1100-01 for both though.
